A few owners have carried out modifications to their ZSEV's ...
DISCLAIMER: Please be aware that making any modification to your MG EV may have an impact on the warranty and/or your insurance cover. It is always worth checking with your insurance company or getting advice from your dealer before carrying out any modifications. If you plan to sell the car, you may need to remove the modifications before you do so, unless the potential buyer agrees to having them.
1. Upgrading interior lights and adding extra lighting to the rear of the car. Changing the standard interior bulbs for LED bulbs is a common upgrade. Another one is adding LEDs around the panoramic sunroof. Details here:

2. Headlights - we do not advise changing your headlight bulbs to LED as it is probably illegal.
3. Roof bars and boxes.
The ZS and new MG5 LR roof bars are able to carry 75 kg of extra weight. The MG5 original is able to carry only 35 kg of extra weight. Cross bars are available from various manufacturers/suppliers including Thule/Halfords and occasionally Lidl.
